Sign ups went around today for various things.

Food:  salads, rolls, potatoes, desserts

Contact Bro. and Sis. Ammons if you did not see the sign up but would like to help with food.

We also need help with decorating tables.

Anyone willing to help with one table (or 2), this would include decorating and providing the dinner ware. 

This can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like.  Anything from table cloth to no table cloth, china to plastic, all and anything is acceptable.

As a side note, the kids will be served chicken nuggets (who should have to eat yucky grown up food at a ward party?) while the youth will help provide activities to entertain them.  We would like this to be as family friendly as possible while at the same time, leaving ample opportunity for ward members to visit and relax. 

The primary is providing activities for the kids.  They are looking for donations of red, green and white fabric -- or any combination of the three -- for decorating styrofoam ornaments.

Please contact Marilyn Scott if you would be willing to donate fabric.  Donations needed by next Sunday if possible.

She is also happy to pick up donations.
